Billing questions
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. Switch to annual any time — we'll prorate what you've already paid. Switch from annual to monthly at the end of your billing period.
What happens if I cancel?
Your data stays. Your analysis stays. You just won't get new micro-reports, decode features, or re-upload access. You can always come back.
Does Together require both people to pay?
No. One person pays, both people use it. Your partner gets a free account linked to yours. They contribute data and see the shared dashboard — they don't need their own subscription.
Is there a refund policy?
Reflect is non-refundable once the AI report has been generated (it costs us real money to produce). Subscriptions can be cancelled any time — no refund for partial months, but no further charges either.
Will prices go up?
Waitlist members lock in 30% off for their first year. After that, we'll give you 90 days' notice before any price changes.
